Rescheduling Policy
You can reschedule your boat cruise up to 24 hours in advance of the start time.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your cruise up to 24 hours in advance of the start time for a full refund. If you cancel your boat cruise within 24 hours of the start time, we need to charge you 50% of the price you paid. 

Boat Cruise Refund
You can cancel your cruise up to 24 hours in advance of the start time for a full refund. If you cancel your boat cruise within 24 hours of the start time, we need to charge you 50% to cover our staff expenses. We typically run our boat tours in light rain and wind, but if we cancel your cruise because of weather, we will provide you with a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. 

Late Arrivals
We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within 15 minutes of your schedule departure time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to charge you for an additional hour or just cruise to the schedule end time of your cruise.

Merchandise Returns
Merchandise that was purchased from us can be returned if it is in new condition with the tags still intact for a full refund within 15 days of the original purchase.
